Post-Construction Inspection: Just wanted to mention that Steven did a terrific job today at my final home inspection! I was fortunate enough to have Steven perform my pre-drywall inspection too 4 months ago. On both occasions, he was punctual, very thorough, took the time to explain his key findings before he left, and sent his completed inspection report to me the same day. I’m so glad I used HCI and that Steven was able to conduct both of my inspections. Pre-Drywall Review: Steve was awesome today at my new construction pre drywall inspection. He showed up early, did a very thorough walkthrough, and explained his key findings in layman’s terms. I’ll definitely use you guys (and hopefully Steve) for my final inspection. Thanks!

I cannot recommend this company enough ! They are very professional, have excellent communication, and a very rapid turnaround time. Steven was wonderful. I sent my questions before my home inspection, as I am out of state and was not able to attend. I was given his phone number and was able to easily communicate with him before. He answered all my concerns on the report, which he sent out in the same day, and it was incredibly thorough. He made himself available the next day so I could call him (this is my first purchase and I am not gifted in construction, he was very helpful in giving advice on the priority of the repairs to take into consideration and the explanation of the the findings). Use this company, ask for Steven, he really went the extra mile, was so friendly and helpful, in addition to being an expert in his field. Thank you, Steven !!

In my honest opinion, HIC is by far the best home inspection company that I used. I learned about this company via word of mouth. Mr. Steve W. was very thorough, professional during the inspection and patient in answering all questions! Simply the best!
