CCPIA is the Gold standard when it comes to Commercial Property Inspections. So our inspectors abide by CCPIA Standards of Practice and will provide you with a detailed commercial property inspection report. Our inspectors are trained to find and identify significant defects and issues within the building. We offer three types of reporting options to fit your needs.

Assembly – Non-detailed report focuses mainly on defects. This is typically used for warehouses or commercial buildings. It can be used with apartment buildings to identify issues as a whole.
Detailed – This report type will provide the client with detailed data about the buildings, such as; Structure type, HVAC, Electrical, ETC. Along with any major defects found.
Unit by Unit – This is typically used with apartment complexes, a report breaking down each unit and providing a report for each unit. (Additional Fees May Apply)
