We fly the roofs that cannot be walked.

Steep pitch, slate, three stories, wet shingles, the roofs most inspectors write up as “not accessible” are the ones hiding the expensive problems. Eleven of our inspectors are FAA Part 107 certified and fly them instead. It is another tool in the bag, not an upsell.
