Originally from New England, Matt grew up in Vermont and has lived in Maine, and now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, since 2002. Following his time in the military, he was a snowboard instructor in Stowe, Vermont. Matt also worked as a lobster fisherman and a Stamp concrete finisher, which allowed him to refine his hard work ethic. After moving to N.C., he became a Medic on a Wildland Firefighter Crew while running a small construction company specializing in home remodeling. Matt realizes purchasing a home is one of the most important things you can ever do. He became a home inspector to put his rich knowledge and experience from years in the industry to good use for others. You’ll find Matt outdoors hiking, snowboarding, exploring, and traveling with his family in his free time.
