Are packages instead of the home inspection?
No. Every package is added to a standard home inspection. The price shown is on top of the inspection fee.
Which package do most people pick?
Gold. It covers the services that come up most often, radon, mold, termite and infrared.
Can I add just one service instead?
Yes. Any service can be added individually. The packages exist because bundling costs less than adding them one at a time.
What is a BuildFax report?
A property history report covering permits and recorded work on the address. It is included in all four packages.
When do I have to decide?
Ideally when you book, so the inspector arrives with the right equipment. Call the office if you need to add something later.
