The Sales Representative will be accountable for achieving year-end targets. This involves conducting sales visits to realtor offices, delivering presentations, participating in sponsored events, and targeting top-performing realtors. They will oversee the planning, directing, and distribution of marketing materials like flyers, coupons, and giveaways. Travel within Charlotte, surrounding areas, Raleigh, and surrounding regions will be necessary. Additionally, they will advocate for preferred vendor status among realtors where applicable.

Daily tasks encompass promoting our organization to existing and potential realtors, providing information, distributing marketing materials, conducting regular sales visits, attending events, participating in industry classes, and engaging in weekly meetings with the leadership team to ensure alignment with goals.
