Since a child, I have had an affinity for construction and real estate. As a kid, I was a helping hand in a few real estate transactions with my family. I have vivid memories of examining every inch of these homes and inquiring with family and realtors about the purposes and functionality of all systems making up a home. I also worked with my dad and grandfather on home improvements and repairs throughout my life.
I thoroughly enjoy being an asset in the home buying process by educating, protecting, and consulting with clients on the functionality of their homes. A relative of mine who is a realtor suggested I look into home inspecting as they noticed my attention to detail and enthusiasm for construction and real estate. Upon further research, I realized a career in home inspections was a perfect match for my natural interest and talents. Within a week of that conversation, I enrolled in the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and the licensing program through InterNACHI. I obtained my license in 2020.
I complete Continued Education courses annually and work toward additional certifications to broaden my knowledge of everything making up a home. I thoroughly enjoy being an asset in the home buying process by educating, protecting, and consulting clients on the functionality of their homes.
