Chip Sprague is our Director of Operations, he has been performing inspections for over 14 years and is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). Chip is devoted to continually learning and teaching inspectors how to better themselves and the industry. Chip is also part of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association helping build a stronger community.
Chip is an expert in several services offered by Home Inspection Carolina (HIC).
