Hi everyone! My name is Lauren Byrne, and I am the Director of Marketing for the Home Inspection Carolina team. I was born and raised in the Charlotte area and have loved growing up near the city. I studied Business Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with my Bachelors in 2018.

When I’m not helping people with inspections, I love serving at my church, spending time with family, and heading to the beach! I am so glad to be working with Inspector Crazy Pants and the whole HIC team. We have the best group of inspectors and staff. I’d love to get to know you too!

I am originally from New York, ‘Da Bronx to be exact.  I love living in the south!  I don’t miss the snow one bit.  I do miss baseball, and I root for all the NY teams, especially those Yankees! 

I have a passion for process improvement, resource management, and training & development, all of which have moved me to a new role at HIC.  I am thankful and excited for this opportunity.
