Preston has been in the home inspection industry for over 11 years. He also has several years of experience in the construction industry. He has performed thousands of structural/mechanical inspections from 600 sq. ft. condominiums to over 60,000 sq. ft. commercial buildings. | OUR INSPECTORS |  | Preston has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in education both from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Preston is a licensed home inspector and licensed pest control operator in NC and SC. He also holds a Real Estate Broker license. He is a member of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association and the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association. He has received a certificate from the Charlotte Housing Authority for outstanding assistance to the Home Ownership Institute. He has taught home inspection classes and also given seminars on termites and radon. He has given many presentations to realtors including Allen Tate, Prudential, Coldwell Banker, Re/Max, and Keller Williams.
